About the business

Cornell Notes Generator helps students and educators create structured Cornell notes easily.

What Cornell notes are

Cornell notes organise learning into notes, cues or questions, and a summary. These can support revision when learners use the questions to test themselves, explain ideas from memory and revisit material over time.

The platform’s purpose is to make preparing these materials easier for students and teachers.

Before you create any content

  • Go to cornellnotesgenerator.com and use the generator yourself before creating any content.
  • Understand the actual inputs, generation process, outputs and available features from using it.
  • Only demonstrate working features.
  • Confirm any prices, free allowances, downloads, subject coverage or other product claims with LHV before mentioning them.

You explore the platform yourself

Use the platform yourself first, as a student and as an educator would. No walkthrough session will be arranged, so nothing about the current features, allowances or prices may be assumed — the website is your source of truth before production starts.
2

Main objective

Drive relevant traffic to cornellnotesgenerator.com and encourage visitors to use the generator.

The campaign should help people understand

  • What the platform does.
  • Who it is for.
  • How to generate Cornell notes.
  • How to use the resulting notes actively for study, revision and teaching.
Followers and views are supporting measures. Website visits and meaningful generator activity are the main measures of success.
3

Target audiences

Students

  • Revision organisation.
  • Mock-exam preparation.
  • Turning topics into manageable notes.
  • Testing their knowledge.
  • Preparing for exams without spending excessive time formatting resources.

Educators

  • Structured learning materials.
  • Revision resources.
  • Questions that encourage retrieval.
  • Materials students can use independently.
  • A quicker way to prepare Cornell notes.
Do not imply that the platform guarantees improved grades or replaces teaching, subject knowledge or examination practice.
4

Scope and guaranteed deliverables

Across the three months, deliver:

TikTok account setup or improvementOne account
Animated visual TikTok posts30 original posts
Human presenter AI UGC video — educatorsOne
Human presenter AI UGC video — studentsOne
Animated video — educatorsOne
Animated video — studentsOne
Performance test across all four videos, with the winner used for the final four weeksOne decision
Advertising allowance£100 per project month
Weekly progress reportsEvery Friday during the campaign
Final results and handover reportOne

What the fee covers

The four promotional videos — two human-presenter AI UGC films and two animated films, one of each for educators and for students — are additional to the 30 animated posts. The fee includes planning, scripts, design, animation, editing, captions, agreed revisions, publishing, running the performance test, advertising management and reporting.

Engagement is part of the work

Engagement and community activity must happen throughout the campaign to help improve statistics and traffic, not only at the start.

  • Reply to comments on each post and keep the conversation going.
  • Respond to relevant comments and direct messages professionally.
  • Engage with relevant student, educator and revision accounts.
  • Use available platform features that support reach and interaction.
  • Check engagement on publishing days and at least twice weekly.
  • Report engagement figures every week.
Escalate product questions, complaints and account issues to LHV. Continuous customer support is outside this scope.
5

TikTok account setup

During the first week:

  1. 1No TikTok account or social media presence exists yet, so set up a new TikTok Business account.
  2. 2Register it under BNMS Empire Ltd (company number 10856795), trading as Cornell Notes Generator, using the company document below.
  3. 3Use an LHV-approved business email address.
  4. 4Apply the current approved logo and branding.
  5. 5Write a clear profile description.
  6. 6Add the website link where TikTok permits it.
  7. 7Confirm account recovery and appropriate security.
  8. 8Record the starting figures.
  9. 9Prepare the publishing calendar and tracked links.

Company details for the TikTok Business account

Company name: BNMS Empire Ltd

Download company documents (PDF)

Companies House certificate of incorporation and registration documents. Upload them to TikTok when it asks to verify the business.

Account ownership

LHV or the business must retain ownership and recovery access. Do not use a freelancer-owned account as the permanent business account. If a clickable website link is unavailable, tell LHV immediately and propose a clear alternative — never describe a link as clickable when it is not.
6

Animated visual posts

Produce and publish 10 original animated visual posts per project month.

Every post needs

  • A clear opening hook.
  • One useful message.
  • Accurate branding and product information.
  • Captions or readable on-screen text.
  • One relevant call to action.
  • An appropriate website destination.

Suggested calls to action

  • “Generate your Cornell notes.”
  • “Try it with the topic you are revising.”
  • “Explore Cornell Notes Generator.”
  • “Create a structured resource for your next lesson.”

Publishing cadence and approval

Posts should use movement, text, graphics and suitable platform demonstrations, and must be readable on a phone and understandable without sound.

  • Use approximately two to three posts per week, distributed across the month — do not publish all 10 together.
  • Prepare content at least two working days before publication where feasible, allowing LHV to approve it or request changes.
  • Include one consolidated revision round per asset. Correct factual errors or failures to follow the approved brief without an additional charge.
7

Content direction by month

These are starting ideas. Adapt them to actual audience results and the approved features, while keeping the agreed volume.

Month 1 — 9 November — 8 December 2026

Focus

Introduce the platform and show how to use it

  1. 1What are Cornell notes?
  2. 2A real walkthrough of generating notes.
  3. 3What goes in the notes, cues and summary sections?
  4. 4Turn a revision topic into useful questions.
  5. 5Preparing for mock exams with a clear study resource.
  6. 6A student-focused demonstration.
  7. 7An educator-focused demonstration.
  8. 8Turn one topic into a short self-test.
  9. 9Improve an unclear revision page using a structured layout.
  10. 10A simple weekly routine using generated notes.

Month 2 — 9 December 2026 — 8 January 2027

Focus

Practical revision habits and exam preparation

  1. 1Build a realistic holiday revision routine.
  2. 2Cover your notes and answer the cue questions.
  3. 3Check what you remember before rereading.
  4. 4Revisit the same topic over time.
  5. 5Turn a weak topic into focused revision questions.
  6. 6Use your mock feedback to choose a topic.
  7. 7Write a useful summary in your own words.
  8. 8A teacher’s revision-resource demonstration.
  9. 9Combine Cornell notes with examination questions.
  10. 10Start the new term with an organised revision plan.

Month 3 — 9 January — 8 February 2027

Focus

Repeat effective formats and encourage use

  1. 1A January revision reset.
  2. 2A short topic-to-notes demonstration.
  3. 3Three questions to ask yourself after studying.
  4. 4Use notes to identify gaps in understanding.
  5. 5Create a resource for independent study.
  6. 6Use a summary to explain a topic aloud.
  7. 7Revisit an earlier topic and check recall.
  8. 8Answer a genuine recurring user question.
  9. 9Create a variation of the strongest previous post.
  10. 10A final student-and-educator invitation to try the platform.
Avoid unsupported claims such as “the most effective revision technique”. Explain how structured notes can support active revision, rather than claiming that generating notes alone improves learning.
8

Four promotional videos — and a performance test

Create four vertical promotional videos, approximately 25–45 seconds each: a human-presenter AI UGC film and an animated film for each audience. The campaign then tests which one works hardest and puts the winner forward.

Video 1 — Human presenter AI UGC

For Educators

A teacher preparing a lesson or revision resource.

  • · The actual website and a real example of use.
  • · The notes or resource being generated.
  • · How that audience would put it to work.
  • · One clear invitation to visit the website.

Video 2 — Human presenter AI UGC

For Students

A student organising revision around a real topic.

  • · The actual website and a real example of use.
  • · The notes or resource being generated.
  • · How that audience would put it to work.
  • · One clear invitation to visit the website.

Video 3 — Animated

For Educators

An animated lesson-preparation story, from topic to usable resource.

  • · The actual website and a real example of use.
  • · The notes or resource being generated.
  • · How that audience would put it to work.
  • · One clear invitation to visit the website.

Video 4 — Animated

For Students

An animated revision story, from topic to self-testing.

  • · The actual website and a real example of use.
  • · The notes or resource being generated.
  • · How that audience would put it to work.
  • · One clear invitation to visit the website.

How the test works

The point of the four films is to find out which format and audience combination performs best, and then stop guessing.

  • Rotate consistently between all four videos through Month 1 and Month 2, so each gets comparable exposure, posting slots and advertising support.
  • Track results per video: views, watch time, engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves), profile visits, tracked link clicks, any measurable generator activity, spend and cost per result.
  • Report the running comparison every week — a clear results block for each of the four videos.
  • Agree with LHV which video is “best performing” using cost per relevant click, engagement rate and watch time together — not views alone.
  • Identify the winner by Friday 8 January 2027, at the end of Month 2, and confirm it with LHV.
  • From 11 January 2027, use the winning video as the promotional film for the final four weeks, with the remaining advertising budget focused on it.
  • If the results are genuinely mixed, say so and propose a short extension of the test rather than guessing.

How all four videos must be made

  • Every video must visibly demonstrate the platform. A presenter or animation that never shows the generator does not fulfil this requirement.
  • Use AI presenters and animation transparently and apply relevant platform labels.
  • Do not present them as real customers or fabricate testimonials, grades, teaching credentials or product experience.
  • Use commercially permitted visuals, voices and music.
  • Include production tools and asset costs within the agreed delivery fee unless LHV approves otherwise.

Delivery dates

Deliver all four videos for review by 20 November 2026. Publish and activate approved advertising by 23 November, subject to working links, account eligibility and approval.
9

Advertising responsibilities

Advertising budget: £100 per project month, £300 total.

Ads must run throughout

The advertising must run throughout the campaign at the agreed £100 per project month, not in short bursts. That means all four promotional videos must be delivered, published and carrying advertising early — review by 20 November, live by 23 November — with spend rotating across all four during the first two months, then focused on the winning video for the final four weeks, running through to 8 February 2027.

Budget rules

  • Paid advertising must promote only the four approved promotional videos.
  • Do not use the budget to boost the 30 animated posts.
  • Spread each month’s £100 so advertising is live across the whole month rather than a few days.
  • Split spend so all four videos get comparable exposure while the test runs, then put the final four weeks’ budget behind the winner.
  • Where the platform’s minimum viable spend makes continuous running impossible, tell LHV before spending and propose a structure.
  • Do not exceed £100 in a project month or £300 overall without written LHV approval.
  • Carrying unused funds into another month requires approval.

The freelancer must

  • Propose an affordable advertising schedule that runs through the full campaign.
  • Check the minimum budgets available in the actual account.
  • Agree the schedule with LHV.
  • Use tracked website links.
  • Monitor spending and results while ads run.
  • Stop advertising if the destination is broken.
  • Improve settings based on relevant traffic and available usage data.
  • Report actual spend and remaining funds weekly.

Funding and changes

Use available funds only — no personal advance is required. If the available advertising setup cannot use this budget sensibly, inform LHV before spending and propose a revision. Do not switch platforms or increase expenditure without approval. Unused advertising funds must be returned to LHV or handled through an expressly agreed credit.

Weekly milestones and reports

Send a report every Friday to info@lawsonhervision.com.

Report dates

  • First report: 13 November 2026.
  • Last weekly report: 5 February 2027.
  • Final report: 8 February 2027.

Every report must contain

  1. 1Work completed — Posts created, approved and published, with links.
  2. 2Delivery progress — Progress towards the current month’s 10 animated posts and any outstanding video work.
  3. 3TikTok figures — Available views, reach, watch time, engagement, profile visits and follower change.
  4. 4Engagement — Comments replied to, conversations held and community activity completed that week.
  5. 5Website traffic — Tracked link clicks and available website visits attributed to TikTok.
  6. 6Meaningful website activity — Generator starts, completed generations or downloads where approved tracking makes these measurable.
  7. 7Video performance — A clear results block for each of the four promotional videos — views, watch time, engagement, profile visits, tracked link clicks, any measurable generator activity, spend and cost per result — plus which video is currently leading and why.
  8. 8Advertising — Spend that week, spend to date, remaining funds, and how the budget was split across the four videos.
  9. 9Learning — What worked, what did not and what will change.
  10. 10Next week — Planned posts, advertising activity and decisions needed from LHV.
Show weekly and campaign-to-date figures separately. A combined figure for the four videos is never enough on its own — the individual results must appear beside it. Use genuine platform or website records. Mark unavailable data “Not available”. Do not treat clicks as confirmed website sessions or claim every website visitor came from the campaign. Notify LHV promptly about blockers rather than waiting for the weekly report.
11

Budget and payment

The figures governing this proposed appointment are:

AllocationMonthlyThree months
Next Gen Visuals delivery fee£300£900
LHV management feeWaivedWaived
Restricted advertising budget (held separately)£100£300
Total project funding£400£1,200

A note on the figures

The £900 delivery fee is for the full delivery scope and includes all four promotional videos — two human-presenter AI UGC and two animated — plus all 30 animated posts, account setup, ongoing engagement, advertising management and weekly reporting. Lawson Her Vision has waived its management fee on this project, so the full £900 is paid to Next Gen Visuals as two instalments of £450. The £300 advertising budget is separate, restricted campaign funding held and reconciled by LHV, and is pass-through spend — no management fee is taken from it and it is not freelancer earnings.

On acceptance — send your starter invoice

As soon as you accept this brief, invoice Lawson Her Vision for Instalment 1 (£450) at info@lawsonhervision.com. Work begins once that invoice has been received and accepted.

Instalment 1 — £450

Paid on confirmed acceptance, before work begins. This is half of the £900 delivery fee. LHV has waived its management fee on this project, so the full fee is paid to Next Gen Visuals. Advertising funds are held separately.

Instalment 2 — £450

Paid at the halfway payment point, Thursday 24 December 2026, subject to the progress review. This settles the remaining £450 of the delivery fee.

Before the second invoice

  • All first-month deliverables must be complete.
  • Both UGC videos must be delivered.
  • At least 15 animated posts must be published in total.
  • Weekly reports due to date must be supplied.
  • Advertising spending records must be current.
  • The remaining calendar must be supplied.

Invoicing

Invoice LHV for each instalment. LHV will send payment within 48 hours of receiving a valid invoice for the approved payment. Invoice details must include:

  • Business or freelancer name.
  • Invoice number and date.
  • Project name.
  • Instalment number.
  • Instalment amount and the period it covers.
  • Note that LHV has waived its management fee, so the full instalment is payable.
  • Payment details.
  • Applicable tax information.

Confirm any applicable VAT before acceptance so that the agreed payable total is explicit. The second payment does not conclude delivery — responsibilities continue through 8 February 2027.

13

  • Obtain written approval before extra spending or scope changes.
