Project Overview
Design and development of an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for an innovative AI-powered interview preparation platform specifically designed for nurses and healthcare professionals.
The platform will provide users with a realistic simulated interview experience, allowing them to practise answering healthcare interview questions with an AI interviewer and receive personalised feedback to help improve their interview performance.

Third-Party Costs
This quotation covers Lawson Her Vision’s design and development services. Any third-party services required to operate the platform are separate from the development fee. These may include AI/API usage, voice processing, speech-to-text services, hosting, database/storage, domain fees and external software services.
Any significant third-party costs will be discussed with and approved by the client before implementation.
MVP Scope
This quotation is specifically for development of the first Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Advanced functionality such as photorealistic video AI avatars, native mobile applications, CV/job-description analysis, subscription systems, extensive healthcare speciality libraries, organisation/university portals and enterprise licensing is not included within this quotation.
These can be explored as future development phases following testing and evaluation of the MVP.
Important Information
- •This quotation covers the functionality outlined above.
- •Additional functionality or significant changes outside the agreed MVP scope may incur additional costs.
- •Work will commence following acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the initial payment.
- •Third-party software and ongoing usage costs are not included in the development fee.
- •AI-generated scores and feedback are designed to support interview practice and professional development and do not guarantee employment or interview success.
- •Final healthcare-specific content and terminology will be reviewed and agreed with the client before launch.
Licence, Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon receipt of the full project payment, Michelle Philip will receive full commercial usage rights to the completed bespoke MVP developed for this project.
This means the client will be entitled to:
- •Operate the platform commercially under her chosen business/brand name.
- •Charge users to access the platform.
- •Introduce subscriptions, memberships or other paid services.
- •Market and promote the platform to nurses, healthcare professionals and other agreed audiences.
- •Develop commercial partnerships with healthcare organisations, universities, training providers and other organisations.
- •Continue to develop and expand the platform following completion of the MVP.
Bespoke Project Assets
Any bespoke branding, interview structures, healthcare-specific content, question frameworks and other materials supplied by the client or created specifically and exclusively for the client's platform as part of the agreed project will be available for the client's ongoing commercial use following full payment.
Lawson Her Vision Intellectual Property
Lawson Her Vision retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, development methodologies, reusable technical components, templates, processes, know-how and general systems used in the development of the platform.
Nothing within this agreement prevents Lawson Her Vision from providing technology, AI or application development services to other clients. However, confidential information and bespoke client materials will not be reproduced or supplied to third parties.
Third-Party Technology & Licences
The platform may use third-party technology to provide functionality such as artificial intelligence, voice generation, speech recognition, database services, hosting and other technical features.
- •These services remain subject to the individual provider's own licence terms, usage limits and pricing.
- •Third-party software/API licences are not transferred to the client as intellectual property and are not included as lifetime licences within the £4,950 development fee.
- •Where appropriate, third-party accounts will be established in the client's name or transferred to client-controlled accounts so that the client has visibility and control over ongoing operating costs.
- •Any ongoing subscription, hosting, AI usage, API or third-party licence charges will be the client's responsibility following launch unless a separate ongoing support/management agreement is entered into with Lawson Her Vision.
Source Code & Platform Access
Following full payment, the client will be provided with appropriate administrative access to the completed platform and the project resources reasonably required to operate the delivered MVP, subject to any restrictions imposed by third-party platforms used to build or host the application.
Where the platform is developed using a third-party development environment, including platforms such as Base44, the client's rights and ability to export, transfer or modify underlying code may also be subject to that provider's terms and technical capabilities.
Future Development
The client is free to commission Lawson Her Vision or another developer to undertake future development following completion and full payment for the MVP.
Any additional functionality, major modifications, maintenance, technical support or Phase 2 development is outside the £4,950 MVP quotation and will be quoted separately.
Licence Commencement
The commercial usage rights described above take effect once the £4,950 project fee has been paid in full.
Until full payment has been received, all development work and project materials remain under the control of Lawson Her Vision.
