InterviewMe — MVP Phase 2: Mobile App Development & App Store Launch

Taking your platform to the App Store and Google Play

Provisional — this quotation is subject to technical feasibility confirmation. The supported mobile publishing method and scope must be verified and approved before this quotation becomes binding or any payment is requested.

InterviewMe — MVP Phase 2

1

Executive Introduction

Dear Michelle,

Thank you for the vision you continue to bring to InterviewMe — an accessible, AI-powered healthcare interview preparation and career development platform. Phase 1 delivers the core web-based MVP, and this quotation covers the natural next step: making InterviewMe available as a downloadable mobile application.

Phase 2 is not a new application. It is an extension of the platform you already have. The existing functionality, design system, database and secure backend carry across, so that healthcare professionals and students can open InterviewMe straight from their phone — conveniently, on the go, with everything they already know about the platform intact.

We have prepared this quotation carefully so the scope, timing and investment are clear before any commitment is made. Because mobile publishing depends on technical routes and the app stores themselves, this quotation is deliberately marked provisional: we will confirm the technical approach with you first, and only then does anything become binding.

What this phase sets out to achieve

2

Phase 2 Objective

The objective of Phase 2 is to prepare and submit InterviewMe as downloadable applications for:

  • •Apple iOS — the Apple App Store
  • •Android — the Google Play Store

The applications will reuse the existing InterviewMe functionality, design system, database and secure backend wherever technically possible. We are not proposing to rebuild the complete web application from scratch — the value of Phase 2 is bringing what already works to the app stores.

A. Mobile application preparation

3

What Is Included

We assess and implement the agreed mobile publishing approach, then prepare the application itself:

  • •Assess and implement the agreed mobile publishing approach
  • •Adapt the existing application for an installed mobile experience
  • •Ensure consistent InterviewMe branding throughout
  • •Configure mobile navigation and touch interactions
  • •Prepare suitable app icons and launch assets using the existing approved logo
  • •Optimise supported screens for common smartphone sizes

B. Existing InterviewMe functionality

3

What Is Included

We integrate and test access to the existing Phase 1 features inside the mobile application:

  • •Registration and login
  • •User dashboard
  • •Healthcare profession selection
  • •AI interview preparation
  • •Spoken interview questions
  • •Microphone responses and transcription
  • •AI scoring and feedback
  • •STAR Coach (eligible Premium users)
  • •Practice Readiness
  • •My Progress
  • •Communicate
  • •Develop
  • •Learn
  • •Healthcare Essentials
  • •Community
  • •Account management

The scope here is to make existing Phase 1 functionality accessible and operational within the mobile application — not to develop new educational modules.

C. Mobile subscription compatibility

3

What Is Included

We assess and implement the agreed store-compliant subscription approach. Where supported by the selected technical route, this includes:

  • •Free user access
  • •Standard subscription access
  • •Premium subscription access
  • •Trial eligibility
  • •Secure subscription entitlement synchronisation
  • •Access to subscription status
  • •Required Apple and Google billing integration

Your existing web subscription system uses Stripe. On mobile, digital subscriptions may need to run through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing rather than Stripe checkout inside the apps — this is a store requirement, not a preference. We will not promise a specific payment integration until technical feasibility has been confirmed.

D. Mobile testing

3

What Is Included

We test the application on representative iOS and Android devices, covering:

  • •Login and registration
  • •Navigation
  • •Interview session start and completion
  • •Microphone permissions
  • •Voice playback
  • •Transcription
  • •AI feedback
  • •Subscription access
  • •Account management
  • •Account deletion functionality
  • •Basic performance and usability

E. App Store preparation

3

What Is Included

We prepare everything the stores require, for your approval:

  • •App name and description
  • •App icon
  • •Store screenshots
  • •Relevant app categories
  • •Required submission information
  • •Privacy and data-handling disclosures (for client approval)
  • •Store submission checklist

Submission is made through your own Apple and Google developer accounts, with our assistance at every step.

F. Submission support

3

What Is Included

  • •Prepare the agreed iOS and Android builds
  • •Submit to Apple and Google, subject to account access and eligibility
  • •Address reasonable technical corrections arising from initial store review that fall within the agreed scope
  • •Provide a concise handover document

What you receive at the end of Phase 2

4

Deliverables

  1. 1.Installable iOS application build, subject to confirmed technical feasibility
  2. 2.Installable Android application build, subject to confirmed technical feasibility
  3. 3.Existing InterviewMe features integrated and tested
  4. 4.Agreed mobile subscription functionality
  5. 5.Mobile app icons and store listing assets
  6. 6.App Store Connect submission
  7. 7.Google Play Console submission
  8. 8.Testing summary
  9. 9.Mobile publishing handover notes

Approval and publication on the stores are decided by Apple and Google, so approved public listings are not claimed as deliverables — submission-ready builds and completed submissions are.

Target: submission by 31 October 2026

5

Proposed Project Timeline

11–13 October 2026Technical feasibility, developer account checks and publishing route confirmation.
14–19 October 2026Mobile application preparation, integration and build configuration.
20–23 October 2026iOS and Android device testing, bug fixes and subscription checks.
24–26 October 2026Store listing preparation, compliance review and submission where ready.
27–31 October 2026Review responses, corrections and final handover.

This is an accelerated target, dependent on technical feasibility, your approvals, developer account readiness and completion of the required integrations. Apple and Google independently control review and approval, so public availability on both stores by 31 October 2026 cannot be guaranteed.

Investment

Additional project investment

£2,500

WorkstreamPrice
Mobile application preparation and configuration£750
Existing feature integration and mobile optimisation£500
Mobile subscription integration allowance£500
Device testing and technical fixes£400
App Store assets, submission and handover£350
Total£2,500

The breakdown is an allocation of the proposed fixed project fee — the workstreams are not separately purchasable services.

The price is provisional pending confirmation that the technical publishing route supports the specified scope. Any material change in scope — such as a full native rebuild or an unexpectedly complex billing integration — must be separately quoted and approved by you before work proceeds.

Simple 50 / 50 structure

Payment Terms

Deposit — on acceptance

£1,250

Payable on acceptance of this quotation and before work commences.

Balance — on delivery

£1,250

Payable when both mobile builds have been delivered and demonstrated as tested and submission-ready, with agreed deliverables and any outstanding external submission dependencies documented.

The second payment is due on delivery of the tested, submission-ready builds. It is not dependent on how long Apple or Google take to approve the applications — review times are outside anyone's control and never delay the balance becoming due.

This quotation is subject to Lawson Her Vision's standard invoicing and payment terms.

What the £2,500 fee excludes

8

Third-Party Costs

The £2,500 development fee excludes the following, which are payable directly to the relevant providers:

  • •Google Play Console registration
  • •Mobile app packaging or build service fees, if required
  • •Paid third-party SDKs or mobile services, if required
  • •App Store and Google Play subscription commissions
  • •Existing AI/API and hosting operating costs
  • •Additional legal or compliance consultancy, if required

Indicative official developer account fees: Apple Developer Program — US$99 annually; Google Play Console — US$25 one-off registration fee.

Other third-party costs will be confirmed before you are asked to purchase or authorise anything. All developer and billing accounts should be registered in your name or your business's name, where eligible.

App Store Approval Disclaimer

“Lawson Her Vision will prepare and submit the agreed mobile applications in accordance with the confirmed technical approach and applicable submission requirements. Any mandatory store testing period or account verification may delay public release beyond the dates shown in this quotation.

How Phase 2 sits alongside Phase 1

12

Relationship to the Original Agreement

  • •Phase 1 is the existing £7,950 web MVP agreement.
  • •Phase 2 is a separate optional addition.
  • •The Phase 2 fee does not replace or reduce Phase 1 fees.
  • •Phase 1 functionality and payment obligations remain unchanged.
  • •The additional mobile scope begins only after written acceptance and technical feasibility confirmation.

Mobile app-store publication was not included in Phase 1 — Phase 2 exists precisely to add it, as its own clearly scoped project.
